Arab leaders let down their hair over casual dinner

Dubai: Arab leaders held an informal and casual dinner together following the Arab Summit held in the Saudi city of Dhahran on Sunday.

The leaders appear friendly and relaxed without wearing the traditional Arab headdress known as the agal—some exchanging cordial smiles.

Among those in attendance were Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman, Bahraini King Hamad Bin Eisa Al Khalifa, Jordanian King Abdullah Ibn Al Hussain, Egyptian President Abdul Fattah El Sissi, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashed Al Maktoom, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai and His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

The picture was posted by Saud Al Qahtani, Advisor at the Saudi Royal Court, on his Twitter account.

One social media user, Noura Musaad, tweeted the picture with the caption: “A historical meeting”.

Another, Ali Bin Tamim, an Emirati journalist, wrote: “This picture signifies Arab unity going future towards brighter future”.
